Graphic Cards 6600gt or a 7600gt?

what card should i go for ?
i am casual gamer who doesnt really care for about the eye candy that much as long as the frame rate is good
so should i go for the 6600gt or the 7600gt?
and wether a 128 mb card is better or 256mb
 
You Should Definately Go For 7600gt , The 6600gt will play all the latest games on low -med settings ! But What abt Future ? Probably the games coming in 2007 wont run at all on a 6600gt ! So its always better to go for a newer card !
But If u plan to upgrade ur card to a DX10 card later in 2007 ,then i wud advise u to go with 6600gt but if thats not the case then 7600gt !
 
Depends on ur Budget and ur Rig ! If Ur Budget is not Tight and if ur rig allows u can go for the latest x1900xt or geforce 7900gt ! But if u have a budget Like me of abt 15k , go for xfx geforce 7600gt (256mb). Its the best value for money and will run all the games for atleast another 2 years !
 
6600gt will play all games of 2007 , but settings for high end games may be like

800*600 low-lowest (that too if you a bit luck)

7600/7900(both GT)
 
7600GT as all others said, but if are on tight budget then 6600GT... i have one on sale lemme know if you are interested, see the link in my siigy:).
 
As everyone else said, 7600 GT it is. But hold on for a little while, prices are falling and that takes a little time for those prices to fall here as well. Id say wait a few weeks.
