Got pics of a 6800XT from a popular website, but the pics sent looked like the screws were tampered with, i'd like to spend btwn 25-30K, goal here is to get to 1440p ultra/max settings.

GeForce RTX 2080 Super and above says 66fps is possible, but if 60+ fps isnt enough for a smooth/stutter free gaming i need to go back to the drawing board.
