Laptops 7200 rpm hdd

have 2 x 160gb 5400 rpm in my lappy currently, am planning to change the boot drive to this

is the speed boost worth the price?cuz i can get a 250gb 5400 rpm in the same price. anybody using a laptop with a 7200 rpm drive? if so can u plz post a hdtach screenie

a new 160gb 5400rpm drive gives 52mb average speeds...just got two drives 2 weeks back
