CPU/Mobo 80 GB RAM Suggestion - 4GB X 1 DIMM Modules - 20 Units

Guys, need advice on purchasing 20 Units of 4GB DDR III Dimm modules. We require units which are to able to overclock-able to 200-300 MHz with No or just a Slight increase in their Voltage. Memory Controller will be of AMD C3 Revision Sempron Chips ( all unlocked ).

Systems will be equipped with Sempron + Gigabyte 760G ( new revision with Solid Caps ) and 4GBx2 DIMMs. We specifically require NO SWAP for Applications Private DATA and hence we opt for 8GB systems.

We prefer Gskill/Corsair (heatsink equipped) models.

Throw ur suggestions based upon above Voltage Factor/After Sales Support/1333MHz or 1600MHz/ with HeatSink.

not sure how many slots the board your using has. but if you opt for 2gb x 4 then i can help you out.

i have 4gb kits(2gb x 2). total there are 18 kits. 72gb memory.

its corsair xms3 1333mhz with the heatsink.
 
Would suggest to stay away from the XMS3 1333. I was only able to get a 5Mhz overclock from them till 205. On 206, found that the system was unstable. However, did not increase the voltage.

IMO, if you are on a tight budget, get the XMS3 1600, but would suggest the vengeance.
