WTB 8600k and gtx 1080 gigabyte

Hi techEnclave peeps,

i am looking a side build to complement my ML learning pc. i am currently running a gtx 750 and a gtx 1080 would be a big upgrade. There is an offer i found online with pricing list below.
i would like feedback if the pricing is good, genuine or not. the psu has 5 years of warranty left too.

Adding few lines based on my personal experience (and again it could be personal opinion too), instead of going out for used 1080, get 1660 new (my preference will be for 3060) and buy new board+processor+RAM combo - 11400F or 3600 setup would be fantastic. This will give you more headroom (as you could do CPU based tasks along with GPU specific task) and peace of mind (obviously due to warranty).

1660 or 3060 will work smoothly for ML/DL.

yeah i did some search and the trident z ram has lifetime warranty and every tech person says cpu have very long life too. i asked the owner and he shared tons of synthetic tests to confirms no fault in ram cpu gpu and storage. 8600k is better than 11300F too in gaming especially when overclocked. i would seriously like to only add 3060 in the build but 1080 is more than enough for me and user never mined on it either plus you know 14,000 for a 1080 is a dream. the mobo is also high grade tbh.... its not generally what indians use in their systems. i would gladly accept the mobo even it was priced higher but lucky me here i guess
