Graphic Cards 8800GT vga cooler

I know this is beating the same ol' drum ... but are there any decent vga coolers available for the 8800GT with any mumbai dealers?

Something like the Accelero ... or anything else, i'm sure it beats this ridiculous stock cooler.

My full load temps-
Crysis: 88 to 90'C
Furmark: 95+'C (never tested beyond that)

Have re-seated the hsf twice with ArticSilver5 but no improvement...any help getting a vga cooler would be great.

You can get a Hr-03 Rev.a it comes with 92mm fan clips but you can put a 120mm silent fan on it and get good temps mine are idle 42`44 load 52`54. You can get it from Primeabgb.com or theitwares.com both are in Lamington road you can contact them and ask for availability of the cooler.

Get Accelero S1 rev2 + Cooler Master 120mm 45CFM 19dBA (or any Low noise/rpm) Fan.

Its the most compatible VGA cooler ever made.

Most VFM VGA cooler ever made too.

Supports upto 2 x 120mm Fans, though you wont need more than one on a 8800GT.

Infact, my HD4850 (fitted with Accelero S1 Rev2 coupled with Antec Tri-Cool 80mm fan) doesnt go beyond 40c (winters) 50c (summers) at lowest speed set on the tri-cool!

Thanks for the replies guys...:thumb:

Am currently weighing my options .. the Thermalright HR** seems to be in stock with most dealers.

Have a 3-4 wks old TR Trad2 GTX vga cooler to sell. Got it for ~2.5k, selling for 1.5k + shipping or 1.8k with 12cm red led fan combo.

Its a great cooler. Temps came down from 65-100 to 45-60. Think there was some other other issue with the card (RAM/PWM IC).

The stock cooler is useless, should have used a different one long time back & my card wont have died.

Please PM me if you want an AC Accelero S1 Rev2 or a Zalman VF900 Cu. :)

A friend has both, lying idle for sometime now- sparingly used and in good condition. :)

HR03 rev a is good. But you need a high CFM 120mm fan to realise its potential. My heavily vmodded 9600GT never crosses 56 at OCCT load. S1 rev 2 is supposed to be good too. Try to get any of them if you can get a used one.

Those are pretty decent clocks on your card. Unfortunately for me most vendors are out of VGA coolers ..so will have to wait till next month for stock.
