With all offer I can get it for 11,424, while I have purchased Micromax Note 1 for 8549. Is it worth paying 3000 more to get it? I have samsung a20 and bought it for 11.5k previously and it hangs a lot, not good experience with budget Samsung phones

Spec wise Micromax has g85 (better) vs t700 processor and (e40) FHD+ (Micromax) vs hd+ (E40) screen. better screen to display ratio. 18w (micromax) vs 10w(E40). It is 1k cheaper than E40
any reason to choose E40 over micromax? Android 12 is plus for E40. I mostly use desktop, only need mobile for college.

You mentioned light gaming, preference for stock android. Also a good hardware is pretty much useless if the OS is not optimised to utilise the powerful hardware. While Micromax has been in-out into mobile business, Moto has been relatively steady in the market despite its history.
If I were in your shoes, would also consider after sales support into account. Moto has a better support than Max given its size. Offcourse, it varies from region to region and is true for any brand.

If I don't prefer stock UI, what would be better purchase under 10k. I want phone for 3 years and custom UI in budget section don't hold that much longer

You answered your own question. It all depends on what you are demanding from your phone. Being lightweight, stock android allows more resources to be allocated to other activities unlike custom UI which demands a lot of resources for its normal use.
I would have suggested to look for Samsung M21 2021 edition but you would probably be getting only 1gb out of 4 gb ram. So do consider that.

So is Micromax In note 1 gonna run smoothly until next 3 years. I choose it over E40 due to bigger display, FHD+ and 18w charging. Moto does not have 5GHz Wi-Fi. I have 30mbps plan but I get a lot of latency in games on 2.4 ghz band on all 3 phones at home so it is issue with Jio Router. that's was one of major reason I chose micromax over moto but I think I can get away with it using mobile data.

Would any phone under 10k hold good for 3 years is a question to be answered considering the build quality nowadays.

Unless the phone is used purely for call, text, whatsapp, chrome etc, it might hold for 3 years.

Please please do have a look at Samsung M21. It is a good phone below 12k with offers
