Hello peeps, i just completed my first year as a de at my current company now i am looking to switch things up firstly i am not paid well enough, secondly i am thinking of scaling up.
I have been applying through LinkedIn and got a few referrals too but the thing is the those job descriptions mentioned that the experience required for jobs is 3-4 years or more, which i currently lack.
So i am trying to gather up as many opportunities as possible. So please let me know if anyone has any job openings for a de at there organization.
I would appreciate if you guys can give me some feedback on my resume.
