WTB A decent GPU under 5k for my i3 3240

I want a decent GPU compatible with my i3 3240. I have a 400W psu with no pcie cable for GPU. So want a GPU with no pcie slot. I want to play older games like bioshock remastered, Tomb raider, among the sleep etc at 1080p low or 720p medium.

A 700 series card or a 1050 non-ti is much needed. Let me know if you have one
