Forum Feedback A Feature To Close our own Threads !

Hi Guyz ,

I Think there should be an option by which we can close/Lock our Own Threads ! Now There are many advantages of this feature ! For example if I had some small doubt and My question has been answered , I can always close my thread so as to further avoid any spaming ! Or If I have posted a question in my thread and later I Realize that its already been posted before I can always close my Thread so that nobody else can reply and hence spam there ! or for example if I Have posted something Really stupid by mistake or if was in a Hurry , I could Lock the Thread so as to avoid some sarcastic comments by other users ! Its a Small feature which will help in controlling the spam ! It will also make the members a bit more responsible and it will reduce a bit of Burden on the TE MODS ! I Think this feature is very important and is needed at TE ! All the big Forums Like IGN , gamespot etc etc has This Feature ! Let me Know MODS what u Think !

Let me tell you there's NO burden on TE mods. They're here as mods coz they enjoy what they do. It will be better if you guys PM any of the mods/gmods telling them which thread(s) you want closed and why. The mods will be more than glad to help you out.

Apart from that, if you want the thread closed, you can post in the same thread addressing the mods to close that thread with something similar to "Problem Solved. Requesting Mods to Close Thread."

The needful will be done in such a case.
