A midrange Android mobilephone--Neo V?

I am in search of a mid range mobile with pretty good performance within18K) and i have not found any mobile as good as sony neo V.(17.5 K)...i was about to order it this week..But my friend adviced me to wait till april...the htc One V(around 18K) and xperia P and U(no idea about the prices) were announced today in MWC...they are scheduled to be launched in mid April...Is it worthy to wait til april...or is there any other options....please let me know guys...

Here is the price list when was leaked a few days back at GSM arena.com. But I can't surely tell you if that's the MRP or Seller's price.
