Less than 10K A phone that can clearly record all calls automatically

Form Factor : Bar
OS : Preferably Android.

Please suggest a phone that can clearly record all calls automatically with great clarity and no beeps.

I initially thought of buying any generic android phone and running a call recording app but such apps do not give crystal clear sound.
I would prefer if that phone has in-built recording application.
I wouldn't mind a Chinese phone like Micromax etc if it fulfills the purpose.

It records all my calls automatically, and with fantastic clarity.

I have been using this app on my Galaxy S3 for the last few months. Usually the voice from the other side is very faint or even missing.

Using with Samsung Y 5360 low end phone, but gives average performance. Voice is loud for me. May be it varies from model to model.
