Hmmm.. We eat cow meat. Not buffalo meat. I know that very well. No idea if buffalo and water buffalo are the same or not though.

In North India, beef = buffalo. Also, thanks to Wiki, I've learned that what we call "mutton" (goat meat) is not mutton actually.

Coming back to the original topic----there would be so many changes if the United States did not exist--I will go home and make a list.
