Access Denied (content_filter_denied)

Hi Friends. I get content filter denied error when i try to open websites like orkut, gmail, hotmail etc. I have tried all the proxy websites but none works here.
Proxy websites give the below error

Access Denied (content_filter_denied)
Your request was denied because of its content categorization: "Proxy Avoidance;Information Technology"

Could anyone please help me overcome this...........??????????
 
Yes I am browsing from office...
Isnt there any solution?

while browsing from home i disabled the proxy and it works..
please let me know how to browse from office.

I too such errors when i mistakenly stumble upon a blocked website

Reason:
