CPU/Mobo Adding PWM control to 3 pin fans

I just replaced the CPU cooler in my PC only to realize that the new cooler doesn't use a PWM fan. Unfortunately, the fan in Zalman 9700 is non-standard and I can't replace it with another one which does have PWM control.

Is there a fan controller which can use the PWM output from my CPU fan header and use it to control 3 pin fan(s). I would ideally like a device that can control multiple fans using one PWM input.


PS: To be fair to Zalman, they did include a VR fan controller with the 9700. But I do not want to control the CPU fan speed manually.
 
Your Mobo has 3-4 pin fan connectors use them to control ur CPU Cooler fan. Dont use after market fan speed controllers.Waste of money n if it malfunctions your CPU will become a french fry.
