I haven't seen this posted here so please excuse me if it's a repeat.

Adobe Labs - Project: Lightroom

They are still performance tuning but, it is a public beta. Make sure to watch the movies to get a clear understanding of the feature set. The workflow is pretty nice.
Looks like an awesome program.

Hay Guitermike,I don't know whether it has been posted or not but it's really a nice demo, I don't know how it will help professional photographers but the movie and the background sound seems nice to me

I use lightroom on my mac. And I can't think of life without it!

It's an awesome piece of software.
