Ah. I think I misread it earlier. It IS compatible with 'SN' AND 'T' and so it goes up to 43 degrees instead of only 38 as I thought earlier 
Should be ok. It's within the limits.
Zero mention in the Bosch manual about higher front feet to back. That comes from the LG manual

They don't mention any specific distance from the wall or sides. They just say not to block the airflow. So there should not be any shelf above the fridge
