Not good. I downloaded the Designer trial. Layout is like Illustrator.
What I didn't like is we cannot do direct selection of nodes in this. Selection is iffy - we have to drag over entire artwork or click on layer containing the artwork to select an object.
Cannot transform object like scale or shear it or just drag the nodes around with just 1-2 nodes selected. The entire fricking object gets selected and not the nodes. Also no shear/scale etc in edit menu or layers menu.
Not for Adobe fans. Its like 30-40% Adobe Illustrator only.
