CPU/Mobo AGP 8x + PCI-E 16x mobo

I have a leadtek 6600 gt 128 mb agp card.

i am planning to wait for dx 10 cards for upgrade.

since all the new gen cards will be supporting PCIEX architechture.

i am planning to change my processor to amd.

I am looking for a good mother board that has both agp and PCI- e 16 x slots.

and it should support dual core amd processor.

and also its availability in chennai or hyderabad

What you're looking for is the Asrock 939 Dual-Sata2 board.

Its based on the ULi M1695 chipset. Has a slot for both AGP 8x and PCI-E 16x. Street prices are around ~ 3.5K for this board. Supports Dual-core procs as well (for that matter, all Socket 939 boards support dual-core procs)
