Aircel offering iPhone for 13K. Anything better @ same price.

As the thread title says I am planning to pickup a 3GS for DAD(He is well versed with iPad). Is there anything better at the same price range. What I am looking for in a phone is a good camera, decent touch screen and good email support.

The offer from aircel is 13k all inclusive, not 10k. You need to subscribe to a years plan for 3k which is postpaid. Prepaid is 17k all incl.

I don't think there is anything better in that price range. And yes, I have installed iOS 5 on my wife's iPhone 3GS and it runs pretty well.
