Airtel 384 Kbps Advance Rental Plan.. doubt

i have opted for Airtel 384 Kbps unlimited connectuin and paid 6 months advance iie Rs 6000.. the airtel reresentative said that the if we pay 6 monhs advance rental we get next 6 months rental free.... But i dont have any official conformation from Airtel....... is anyone using this plan??? i m in haryana..
 
Never heard of this kinda plan... i am using 256 unlimited @ Rs970/month..the pricing sucks.

May be the offer is only available in your region.
 
I don't know of any such deal here in Gurgaon, but it must be so. Airtel never publishes such plans, you have to call the CC every now and then in order to know the latest stuff.
I am interested in this plan though. ^^

Am on 256UL@799+taxes ~870.
 
A word of advice....never pay anything in advance for any service in India when you don't have to. The only consolation for you now is that it's Airtel so you might not run into problems.

Now, Tata Indicom...that would be another story.

ask the airtel representative ( who is giving you this 6 months offer) that why is it not confirmed by Airtel ppl...

he might give you some crap... bakwas answer... then ask him if you can take his pic... take his pic and post here in this forum... in fact if possible have a video recording. (if you have some phone which can record)..
this is open up things...

I am also having 256K unlimited but at 799+ Taxes going to 870/Month.
I livw in hyderabad
 
those persons who r using 799rs pm plan with 150rs calling value, are heavily sucked by Airtel.

Do one thing, for delhites n ncr, airtel launches new plan in competion wid mtnl having price tag of 649rs pm only for 256kbps UL wid 100 free calls.......

bt u hav to dial 121 n get confirmed that this plan is available or not.

Earlier i was using 799 bakwaas plan wid 150 free calls.

Try this out, this will save ur money..........thanx.....:)
 
You should have everything in writing with copies of form that you signed... Do not trust marketing exec of any company... All they do is con potential customers with hollow promises which parent company simply refuse to entertain later...

This had happened time & again.. If you could, then get it in writing but it will be difficult now that you have sent the cheque... If you can contact the marketing guy then ask him to get everything in writing & signed + sealed from some AIRTEL official... Get more documents for such a plan if you can & if there is still time then stop that cheque until you get written/signed confirmation from AIRTEL....

Otherwise you have no option but to trust your luck & maybe you did get lucky with such a scheme...
 
but airtel unlimited plan has the fair usage policy applies to.??.

i recently enquired to airtel about unlimited plans, but didnt like their fair usage policy..
