Airtel BB Connection Help Needed

I am currently using Connect which provide slow speed and high bills ..I was planing to change my ISP .. I can't go for BSNl as I don't have their PNT connection atm. and applying for it will take a long time. So I thought Airtel would be better choice.

Any idea about their plans and how can I reach them ? Their site didn't provide relevant Contact Number..

I am living in Chandigarh so any help would be appreciated

first Check for Coverage, Airtel isn't available all over the city. few selected places only

What about their plans ? How good/bad is their service ? :S

Its decent in Noida. I use 256kbps U and mostly get speeds a little over 300.
