Airtel DTH Recharge problem - Does anyone face this issue?

I had recharged my Airtel DTH on 6th march for Rs.700 and immediately after recharge I got a message in TV that the account has been suspended for want of balance. Once I called the customer care they were as usual clueless about this problem and simply told that it is technical issue and will be solved after 4 hrs(their standard answer for any problem). Now it has been more than 18hrs and still the account is suspended and to add insult to injury the account balance when I checked today is reduced to Rs.400 from Rs.700 less than a day. I'm just fed up with these morons and thinking of moving out for the lack of customer service from airtel.
 
Most likely technical issue which should be resolved on its own but keep on calling customer care.

Do a heavy refresh. It might help resume the services.
Send HR to 54325 from your registered mobile number for the heavy refresh.

Regarding the sudden decrease in account balance, you will have to contact the customer care.
