Airtel Speed crippled -- undersea cable cut

A undersea cable cut has caused this outage. ETA is 20 August

^ worst thing is that in case of undersea cable cuts, ETA usually gets shifted to a later date many times.

Yea surfing is daam slow but I am happy that Torrent download speed is perfect good.

Why don't these buggers do something about it.. like restrict anchoring of ships in that particular area

Its not necessary its just ships which is causing problems. It could be a octapus also...hyeah:

apparently Airel has re-routed their traffic from different gateways. Speed is good today and websites opening faster as well
