i think all of us here would like to monitor the IP ranges that the ISP's provide in India as well as Rest of the World! hyeah:

To start with ....

reliance wimax DHCP provides ip's anywhere between
123.236.160.xxx - 123.236.170.xxx

i was myself banned from many website forums

also there are a few who wish to identify the typical broadband user ISP,
to STOP targeted advertisements, Stop Spam etc on their websites.
many broadband users are into spamming!
