Alliance Broadband Speed Increase 2014

I am using Premium Plan and getting 1.5mbps daytime speed instead of 1mbps.for past 2 weeks or so.No increase in peering or night time speed.Alliance is yet to officially announce speed increase as it is not mentioned on their website

website still says 1mbps
