My AKG 92 headphones finally fell apart, with the headband finally withering away. Almost bought a second pair before seeing some reviews which said there were better alternatives, the Ath M20X being one.
I'm mainly looking over ear comfortable headphones for media consumption, light (single player) gaming and the occasional album listening. Budget is max 5K, although 3-4 K will be the sweet spot.
No exactly an audiophile, I just liked the feel and lightness of the AKG 92- although the long wire was irritating sometimes. Also looking for headphones which will last - been using my Sennheiser 458 BT with no problem for 4+ years by just changing the ear cushions when they wear out.
