Amazon India, system/account hacked? !!

So, something very weird happened today.

I had ordered a book on 19th from Amazon, and messaged seller yesterday, asking him to ship at the earliest as it was already late and he had not shipped it.

Today, I got an email from Amazon, I am pasting the entire content here:

Now, I never sent any such message, yet I got this email and this message shows up in my "sent messages" section as well.

Anybody knows what's going on? Is my account hacked? Lol ...So strange.
