Thank you for your input [emoji846]

I need full rig with monitor, keyboards & mouse plus speakers if possible.

What monitor? What size and what frequency are you looking for?
I was looking for a 22" inch monitor but now I got a used one so back to normal rig with keyboard mouse combo [emoji28]

By the way is b250 good board for ryzen 5 2600 ?

Ryzen 5 1600 - 11.5K
Asus Prime B450M - 7.5K
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000MHz - 3.85K
Antec EarthWatts Gold 550W - 5.8K
Samsung 860 EVO 250GB - 4.8K
Asus STRIX or Sapphire Pulse RX570 4GB GDDR5 - 13.8K

This totals to about 47K without adding display, cabinet, keyboard-mouse and storage. If you swap processor with Ryzen 5 2400G, you could be done without GFX card and accommodate other components nearly in your budget but gaming capability reduces significantly; infact to the level of GT1030. I would suggest to save up and have a budget of about 65K to have good rig.
