I have the following Config,

AMD AthlonII X4 630 @2.8Ghz with stock cooler

Gigabyte 880GMA- UD2H

2X4GB Corsair XMS3 1600Mhz

OCZ VertexII 40GB SSD

Seagate 1TB HDD

No DVD Writer or drive
(No Plan to attach one)

4 Cooling Fan 120mm

Corsair VX450 PSU

I want to purchase a gfx card, and sort out to

Sapphire 6850 1GB

Sapphire 6870 1GB

MSI 6870 twin FrozerII

My questions are

1. Can VX450 handle 6870 with this config?

2. Sapphire or MSI twin FrozerII?

i'm sure it can but how many 6 pinners does the 6870 need one ore two?
It needs two 6-pin PCI-E power connectors. VX450 has only one natively. You have to use the Molex to 6-pin converter. The VX450 has 33A on +12V. Considering that the OP has only a AthlonII X4 @ stock its plenty!

@OP- Keep in mind that 2-3 SATA ports of the board will become inaccessible due to a long GFX due to bad port placement in that particular mobo model!

Thanks to all for such positive reply!:)

but, I have some questions again,

1. Is NZXT Gamma Capable of holding MSI 6870 Twin frozrII/Hawk(recent website update)?

2. From which shop at Lamington Road I can purchase the card?

^^the NZXT Gamma can hold the HD 6870 easily, in-fact if I'm not wrong it can even take on a HD 5970.
