Amd ryzen 3600 c states stability

Hi, i built a new system here is the detail
Cpu Amd ryzen 5 3600
Mobo Asrock b450m pro4 on 4.60 latest bios
Ram Corsair 16gb rgb veng pro
Gpu evga nvidia 1060 6gb
Ssd samsung evo 860
Case Antsports Ice 511-mt
Psu antec 450 (around 6 year old)

I have random freeze in idle after post, but when i disable c states controls and core performance boost system behave normally.

I heard ryzen have problem with c states.
But they fixed with agesa update

But mine issue is related to old psu?
Do i need to upgrade psu?

Instead of disabling c state try one of the power setting to "typical" sorry I forgot the exact setting category name but something to do with idle only, set it to typical
I believe it's "power supply idle control" setting to "typical"

New bios doesnot have that setting.
