How is it possible that the full warranty period remains and the invoice is not available. For a fact, I know AMD requires you to have the invoice to claim the warranty.

No they don't require bill....you raise rma online if it is valid it just goes through on behalf of serial no. But i think if it is out of warranty wrt manufacturing date then bill will be required.

No they don't - I've had a chat with the AMD rep on Reddit Indiangaming, and he/she just verified that the chip in question was a legit Indian market one from the markings on the chip. That's all

They do require the original invoice when you raise the RMA request online. I got an email from AMD to upload pics of my invoice, the processor fitted on my motherboard etc. to proceed with the RMA.

Then your warranty migh be over as per manufacturing date....as for mine they didn't ask

They asked the same for mine - a Feb 2021 purchased 3600XT for which I requested RMA in July. They asked for the bill, cpu cooler and ofc the CPU itself. I got a sealed 3600XT as replacement
The name of the one raising the invoice need not be the same as the one claiming the warranty btw.
See 3rd point in attached "packaging instructions" screenshot for proof

Btw when did you apply for RMA, and was your request also handled by Inspirisys? Maybe they changed policies after you got yours done, or maybe it varies between different RMA partners
