Android for ~11k

My friend is looking to buy an android phone soon for around 11k. Currently he has chosen the LG Optimus One. Anything better? And, how reliable are LG phones?
 
OP1 is quite good. You can also wait for Samsung Galaxy Mini and Samsung Fit, both 10-11k range, they will be releasing soon I guess :)
 
Take a look at the Samsung Galaxy Pop. It costs < 9k and is a great buy for the price.

Resolution is a bit low though.
