Budget 10-15K Android phablet for mom - simple + battery life preferred

hi guys,
I need to buy a phablet for my mom who is thinking of getting a tablet. Requirements are Skype, Gmail, whatsapp and youtube.
So I would want one that is very clean - with less junk apps, etc. installed (my mon lives in another city - so I will not be available for support !). I do not care about RAM, ghz, etc. etc - however 1GB RAM preferred.

If anything, I would prefer great battery life and the bigger the screen, the better.

any recommendations ?

Among the local brands I would suggest the xolo q2000, gionee elife e5, MMX canvas magnus a117. All three have good reviews and decent build quality.
From the bigger brands the Samsung galaxy grand or the Nokia lumia 625. These would have wide support in all cities.
Else you can also get a tablet like nexus 7 or one with voice call ability like the Asus fonepad or the Samsung galaxy 3.
