Android phone under 20k

Hi guys!
After using nokia 5130 for 3 years :scared14:, I am upgrading to a new android phone under 20k.
I have some experience at operating android phones(samsung galaxy ace which is my father's).

Here are a few models I have selected-
1) HTC EVO design 4g
HTC EVO Design 4G - Full phone specifications

2) HTC desire s
HTC Desire S - Full phone specifications

3) Sony Xperia arc "S"
Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S - Full phone specifications

4) HTC one V
HTC One V - Full phone specifications

I do not have any brand preference as such, I just selected above ones as I am getting them at good costs at Ebay.

Also open to other suggestions and other online sites.

I was a bit skeptical about the 16K deal as the seller has a feedback of 56 Sales. But again I haven't bought a lot of things from Ebay except Earphones and and Speakers so I don't know much.

Also, the phone you mentioned has Super Amoled Display, 1080P recording, Bluetooth 4( matters if your Pc/Lappy also has a bluetooth 3 or higher) and is a bit lighter.
Having said that, both the phones fall in different category.

I am also looking for a phone right now and was wondering whether if Motorola phones are so great on specs with such great prices, why don't i see them more often in people's hands? Only Samsungs, HTCs and SEs floating around?
