My best friend wants to upgrade. He has a first gen Galaxy (i7500). He's happy with the phone except the camera. He had a K790i before, and obviously any phone camera pales in comparison to that 
but still, (he bought the i7500 over the spica because it had flash and a 5MP camera), and he's still not very satified.
Myself, am pretty happy with my spica, despite its lack of flash and 3.2 megapixels. But his standards are apparently higher. He's not looking for the rest of the android bells and whistles, but wouldnt mind sticking to them since he's used to it now. He's looking to spend 10~15, but preferably less.
What are the options here ?
