Android with good camera and SQ ~ 15k?

hi freiends-planning for new cell, i also posted a thread for it(Need help for selection ...Moto defy??) i wanted to know are there any issues with sony's ericsson's hardwares? because some of my friends are suggesting me to go for Samsung saying that it has got better hardware's

Actualy i am planning for sony Ericsson Xperia neo (good with 8MP cam.) instead of Sony Ericsson Neo V.But could not find the price for that.....so if you have any idea then let me know.If it wld be out of my budget(18K) than i will go for Neo V.
