This one is no complain... just a simple thought that occurred to me. And because I stumbled across TE two years ago and since then have been amazed by the way this community functions, I thought what I write here will help it in someway.

Basically I have a few questions for mods/admins:

* What is the role LYNX, the Amarbir's online store, play in deals that Amarbir conducts through TE?

* Is TE market place a full-fledged market place for Amarbir the way it is for dealers like Rahul and KMD or it is simply a place where he advertises the deals that he is offering at Lynx? In other words, is Amarbir a dealer at TE or an advertiser?

* If he is indeed a dealer at TE, why should he throw the stupid rules and regulation mentioned on LYNX at people who are dealing with him through TE?

IMHO, deals at TE should be conducted under T&C that the dealer has mentioned in his thread and not according to the T&C that dealer may have/may have not placed on his blog, brick-and-mortar shop or website.

* From what I have experienced, I believe that clear distinction needs to be made between Lynx and TE. This community should not be used as a front for a bigger online store and IMO, given the focus on trade, TE team needs to formulate some clear-cut guidelines that will decide how trade is conducted here, and not some whims and fancies of the 'dear' dealer.

Lastly, it's simply a feedback to the community. I may be wrong or right, but that TE community and admin/mods have to decide.

PS: It has nothing to do with my PL-11 deal with Amarbir. That thing is over. I just hope that what I suggest here will may be help bring some order to TE market place.

1. None of our concern. I dont get the point basically?

2. Again its upto him, as long he is a registered dealer he can advertise/sell goods on TE.

3. Not very clear, but if you mean that he has different terms on the thread, and different ones on his website. Then yes, he should conduct the deal as per the terms in the thread (I dont see what the problem can be, he can just copy paste the T&C from his website into the thread)

4. Dont get the point again, if you dont like his T&C dont deal with him, as simple as that...

People who dont hav anythin to add to this discussion should please keep out.. No mud slinging please..
POSTED IN PUBLIC(TE) INTEREST :P

fair enough... that takes care of it.

I thought that advertising is not allowed but trading is. But if registered dealers can also advertise their deals on TE that they are offering somewhere else, it is perfectly fine.

But that also means people should be careful if they are following a TE deal and should take into account the TERMS & Conditions that dealer may foist on them once the deal has moved out of TE.

Cheers

he clearly mentioned that those were his TE special deals thats why he had clearly stated that please state ur TE user id in transfer description field

that i will pay XYS as per Te deals

so i think he was very very clear in his T&C

he didnt decrease the price in his website as for other non-TE members , he need not give them special deals

it was only for TE he did that

still people have doubts , i dont know why?

@morgoth : u also dealt with him reading all the T&C (if u had read) before u went ahead with the deal

just because the deal didnt go off smoothly such hulla-gulla has been created!

1 in 100 dis-satisfied customer means a very good dealer! :P

Now that u have mentioned lynx-india website ... have a look at this attachment ... r u happy now? :@
