My friend purchased a psu from there.. The owner of the marketplace is certainly helpful but takes time to get back to queries.. They have also implemented a new rule where seller and buyer both makes an uncut video of the working state and packaging.. Hope this helps.

i have tried selling in zoukart once.
it acts as a middleman where buyer has to record the unboxing and has 3 day testing warranty.
had quite a bad experience, they didnt want to tell me how much they wanted to charge me for the service, given the charge for sellers is quite low from 3-5 percent.
As they didnt reply, i didnt shio the item and the buyer's money got stuck with them for 1-2 week.
Overall its a buyer centric platform , the worst that can happen with a buyer is that the seller doesnt ship and refund takes long time.
