Is there any torrent which can give a speed of 15-25KBps during day time with a Airtel 256Kbps connection?
 
You are assured of better speed if you are downloading from a private tracker, however the speeds that you have mentioned 15-25kbps must be easily achievable even with most public trackers ....though that depends on the no of seeds too.... if you are still not getting good speeds maybe u need to port forward.
