WTB Any graphics card with full HD resolution support

I have a full HD monitor which I use with my laptop and an Android TV box. I have an old desktop which connects to it using VGA, but it doesn't support full HD resolution. So I need a graphics card which can support the said resolution. Any low end card will do as gaming is not a requirement.

The motherboard is Gigabyte 78 LMT S2P

Budget 1500. No brand preference, as long as it is compatible with my motherboard.
