hi friends,

i have been following since 2nd round the world chess championships being played at San luis, Argentina.

as usual our own wizard vishy is there, he showed good promise and form in first 3 rounds and suddenly the turn around came, and a drop in performance is seen.

now the 6 rounds have been completed and anand is joint second 2 points behind topalov who is in blistering form.

get up and wish vishy good luck in his quest for second world chess champion crown.

todays current position

1 Veselin Topalov 5.5
2 Vishwanathan Anand 3.5
Peter Svidler 3.5
3 Rustam Kasimdzhanov 3
4 Peter Leko 2.5
5 Michael Adams 2
Judit Polgar 2
Alexander Morozevich 2

ps Rustam Kasimdzhanov is current chess champion (fide cycle)
Vladimir kramnik is current world champion (brain games cycle)

there may be a unification match with kramnik of this champion to make an undisputed world champion.
