Is anyone here using MTNL VOIP service OR has used it in past ?
I am planning to get it for calling to UK/Canada Landlines. But was wondering if it is reliable. Have applied for a new MTNL phone line + BB connections from last 6 weeks and they are yet to install it at my location. They are saying a main cable has got cut due to road widening prject in my area.
The problem is, I cannot register to install the VOIP till my LL is activated and the website says VOIP servie will not be provided after 12/5/2012. So was just wondering if it worth the wait or should I just pull the plug(before they plug it in LOL) on MTNL ?
