Any1 DATA1 user experiencing slow speeds ??

Hi Folks ..

Is any1 goin thru a bad experience in terms of low speeds..??

been observing this for the past 2 days now .. bt today its been BAD ..

Anyone seconds that ..?

so mch for the Hyped Unlimited.. i havnt shifted the plan .. was thinkin abt to do so .. bt i now i am contemplatin not to ..

ready to wait for another 2 months ..

(btw .. i heard that this unltd is only til jan 2007 , as it is a promotional offer..)

EDIT : This is ridiculous ... rapidshare is not workin at all due to the dip...!!!
 
me been gettin many errors.. and have to reconnect as i keep gettin timeouts..:(

It was fun in the begginin... when there was no datalimits and only few ppl...

i dwnloaded abt 40 GB a month during jan-june ... ahhh .. those were the days ..

2day the connection wasnt even recognising the username and the password.. :@

Yes!!! i thought I was the only one!!

Error 691... username or password is invalid on the domain..

I got soo bugged... just swiched off the PC and went and played in the rain(ya!! it rained in chennai:clap: ) came back and it was ok...

how many ppl are thinkin of hoppin on to the 900 unltd bandwagon ..?

i think it ll be best to wait and watch ..

bt at the same time i think we shd also act fast and get the UL as all the UL users wil be dwnloadin in the nite also + the other plan users .. so i dunno wot wil be the scene at nite.. and we shd ensure that we are legible to dwnload in the day also w/o the worries of exceeding the limits..

u file an application .. like Mannaniya Mahodya .. etc etc .. :P

jokes apart .. file an application b4 the month begins (in ur case file it b4 this month ends . i.e may )

that u wd like to shift onto the 900 plan ..

choose between

1) Home 900 UL plus *

or

2) Home 900 UL **

* plus wil mean that the rental of 180 wil be nil .. and so wd be ur free calls .. and the plus plan from BSNL wil come into effect . Metered Call Unit would be Rs 1/- .

U pay as u use that is.

** If u choose 900 UL .. the unltd plan wil come into the effect on ur current fone scheme

PS: U cannot shift in betwen the month, and the person in charge may ask u to deposit the 900/- bucks straightaway for the coming month as security deposit .
 
I applied for 900UL Plus on Monday 22 May to the CO-BSNL,but.........

...........i was not said/nor paid anything for Security or transfer of plan along with the application for transfer of plans.........

....& nor was i given any receipt for any application to the change of plans ........!

I really dont know........what is the CORRECT/Actual procedure?

I'm currently on Home 500 Night UL where i got it by paying simply one 500 buck note(NOTHING ELSE).My modem is currently on Rent!

So all Guys on DATA1 network,did the same procedure happened with you also.......or sumthing else

Plz free & share ur experiences.........THIS MAY/will BENEFIT OTHERS ALSO!

& 1 last thing.......the CO said the change of plans would b made by This Month end or by begining NX8 month!.........But Jeez Knows..the promises of BSNL........but me still hanging on!NOO!!!
