hello i want to purchase a car amp and a component set the combine weight of both is 17.50 lbs 8kg's aprox.

There are number of sites who can ship to india. Are you not trying them? Or you are looking for someone to carry it for you from US to india?
 
^^ I believe he is looking for someone to carry it to India for him.

Unfortunately I don't believe anyone would want to carry 8 kgs of car audio equipment and walk through customs with them. :p
