Budget 0-20k Anyone with experience with Thermaltake UX100 low profile CPU cooler

Am looking forward to get a low profile CPU cooler for my secondary system in a small case; to be used on a R7-1700 65W CPU.

Found this one to be available at a very reasonable price on Amazon and super quick delivery.

Anyone with experience with this cooler?
 
I did read these reviews and also some others on the web.
Based on those, my judgment is that (true) 65W CPUs would be OK, but not if overclocked or under long duration sustained full FPU load (like prime95 etc.).

Just wanted to get a first hand opinion from someone if that was possible.
