Anyway to source this case?

Zebronics was rebranding and selling it as their Nano ITX case eons ago. I don't think they make them any more.
I recall seeing the Inwin one listed on Amazon IN but the price is exorbitant. So getting it via a forwarder seems to be the only option, I am afraid. You can also ask Ibhejo to procure and list it.
 
ibhejo and Mansoor are quoting as they wish - this case makes more sense if one is consolidating hardware to optimize for space and comes with more than decent PSU.

Exactly, I had two - one I sold here in TE few years back and one still doing duty as a multi-usage portable system back at my parents.
Unfortunately usff components are practically non existent in the market here.
If you can source a decent PicoPSU and don't need a optical drive, this POS vendor sells these on FK -
