bought on 15 Jan 2019. It is in working condition, no issue so far. it gives me 12-15 minute electricity backup.
i was using it with Ryzen 2700x and RTX 2080, Acer 1440p monitor 165hz, PSU B700H gigabyte.
i have upgraded my GPU RTX 3080 and PSU Gigabyte GP850, my pc power draw beyond this UPS capability so, selling it.
Its 10KG, prefer local buyer or we can manage 50/50 shiping cost.

This UPS uses two 12V 7.2Ah batteries. Do you know if the two batteries are wired in series to get 24V or in parallel for 12V 14.4Ah ?

Thanks for the info. I would have considered buying it if it used 12V. I have a large spare 12V battery and was thinking of converting the UPS for use with an external battery to supply two low power desktops.

Received the UPS today. Unfortunately, in a badly broken condition. Shared photos with @sandymsu and he was gracious enough to immediately refund the entire amount. Kudos to him.

The package itself was intact, and was very likely dropped from a considerable height during transit to incur such damage (heavy plastic panels broken on nearly every side).

Lessons learnt: 1) Shipping heavy items come with quite a bit of risk attached 2) Never ever (ever!) ship with DTDC (to my location, at least).
