Forum Feedback Apostrophe error?

[ChambeRFienD]

For some reason the site isn't showing the apostrophe character correctly in the portal. Apostrophes show up as '’'

Example:
ChambeRFienD's = ChambeRFienD’s

Dunno if this is an error or not. =P
