Creating a dedicated tracker for forum members to post general service experience when they/their friends & family availed apple service (third party or apple's own service).

Intent is to have this serve as a repository for forum readers

Service Experience: 0/10, They did not acknowledge that there was a bright spot on the screen (A very common screen problem which all the 2017 iPad Pros developed after ~1 year of use). They said that the screen looked just fine to them.

Service Experience: 10/10, They accepted that the screen had a problem, they were aware of the problem in this model and gave me a brand new iPad (same model). No questiones asked. Excellent service.
